Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love what you ordered from Flag Nor Fail! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll send you a new size, style, color, or issue you a refund. You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items. To start a return, please contact email@example.com.
You can start the process here. You’ll just need your order number and zip code to get started! Once you’re logged into the portal, you will be able to print a return label. If you have your packing slip, please include that in your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging.
You will receive an e-mail once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.

International Returns and Exchanges
We are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping along with duties & taxes. Due to functionality issues, returns are only eligible for a Flag Nor Fail gift card in the amount of the purchased product(s). If you are an international customer and would like to make a return or exchange, please contact email@example.com.
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!
