RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you ordered from Flag Nor Fail! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll send you a new size, style, color, or issue you a refund. You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items. A $5 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. For exchanges, don’t worry, you won’t get charged a fee!
You can start the process here. You’ll just need your order number and zip code to get started! Once you’re logged into the portal, you will be able to print a return label. If you have your packing slip, please include that in your package.
All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging.
You will receive an e-mail once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact
firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received.
We do offer shipping insurance, so please ensure that this is part of your order. This helps you by allowing our team to take care of you in a quick and efficient manner.
We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Flag Nor Fail is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing and/or undeliverable packages.

INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY
All items are limited in quantity and may contain imperfections in the prints. The beauty of our process is that no two prints are identical. This is what makes FNF special. Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs.
Once items sell-out, they will not be reprinted and will no longer be available.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE FINAL.
For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery takes 10–15 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $8.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx/UPS). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box; we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.
Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day is selected, it will not be processed until the next business day.
On occasion, we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases, the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F.
All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ).
We do offer a 1-year limited warranty on all bags. While we do our very best to provide quality products that last as long as possible, we do not know how individuals use them, how often and how they are stored when not in use. We do however, handle these case by case and will always do what we feel is best for the customer.
