Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love what you ordered from Flag Nor Fail! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll send you a new size, style, color, or issue you a refund. You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items. A $5 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. For exchanges, don’t worry, you won’t get charged a fee! 

You can start the process here. You’ll just need your order number and zip code to get started! Once you’re logged into the portal, you will be able to print a return label. If you have your packing slip, please include that in your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging. 

You will receive an e-mail once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.

International Returns and Exchanges

We are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S.

As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are an international customer and would like to make a return, please contact  customerservice@flagnorfail.com

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact  customerservice@flagnorfail.com with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!
