Well, here it is. Flex Lewis made the trip up to PA to the WarHouse Gym Camp. This was a huge honor for us. Flex got in late friday and wasn't sure if he was going to train hard. The camp doors opened the next morning at 7am. What you are about to watch is what happened in our gym between 10 - 11:30pm that night.

People keep asking about the equipment that they see in the videos. We are currently designing and fabricating our own equipment in the shop below the gym.
