Well tomorrow is the day.. the FLAG NOR FAIL EAST COAST TOUR is finally here. Preparing for this trip has nothing short of hell, a very rewarding, challenging hell.

We have secretly arranged for the kick-off to their east coast Flag Nor Fail tour to be from the "Crossroads of the World", Times Square, New York City!
Be at 46th St. and 7th Ave at 12:00 noon on Thursday August 1st to meet DLB, Rob and Ella! Wave goodbye to us as we depart for a whirlwind gym tour.

Come down to Times Square with video cameras or cell phones, shoot from every angle possible. We would love to get as much footage as possible!

I am please to announce also that Rito Loco will be attending the Maryland stop. (FRIDAY: COLOSSEUM GYM 3-6pm http://colosseumgym.com/ ) They will be offering food from 3-6. Danny is one of my best friends, and recently his new food truck " Rito Loco" has taken over DC.. Winning numerous awards. In addition to serving their normal menu, their truck will also be testing items on their new FITNESS MENU.... from what I have heard it is going to blow us away.
