If you have any questions regarding your order, please complete the contact form with your name, order number, and a detailed description of your inquiry. Our team will respond during normal business hours.

BUSINESS HOURS
Our team is available to respond to messages Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM MST. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Please note that we strive to respond to all messages within 24 business hours. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES (U.S. ONLY)

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items that have been washed, worn, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Test prints, sports bras, underwear, and socks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Flag Nor Fail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages, nor for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. If a package is lost or damaged during shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier. Once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Flag Nor Fail is no longer responsible for the package.

All international sales are final.
