Waist

• Measure around your natural waistline. This is typically the narrowest part of your torso, located above the belly button and below the rib cage.
• Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it's snug but not too tight.
• The waist measurements in the chart are specific sizes in inches (e.g., 30 inches for size S).

Inseam

• The inseam measurement is the length of the joggers from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
• Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch down to where you want the joggers to end.
• The inseam measurements in the chart increase with each size (e.g., 29 inches for size S, 30 inches for size M).

Outseam

• The outseam is the measurement from the waistband to the bottom of the joggers.
• Measure along the outside of your leg from your waist down to where you want the joggers to end.
• The outseam measurements in the chart also increase with each size (e.g., 39 inches for size S, 40 inches for size M).

When selecting a size, make sure that the waist measurement is comfortable for you and that the inseam and outseam lengths meet your preferences for how long you want the joggers to be. Consider the measurements provided in the chart and select the size that best fits your measurements.
