10.10.18 | NEVER LATE RELEASE

ROBERT BAILEY
At a very young age, I learned the importance of being on time, playing sports really sank that in. Our basketball coach drilled it into us. Being late was never acceptable, down to the smallest fraction of time. LATE IS LATE. It didn't matter if you were even 2 minutes late, he would have the entire team standing there on the line, ready to run suicides in retribution for your ass being late. The entire team would be there staring, waiting in rage. Not to mention, f*cking hating you. They would look right through you because YOU THOUGHT… YOUR F*CKING TIME… was worth more than the team’s f*cking time. There is no excuse for being late.

Further on in life this translated to business. Showing up to meetings on time and making sure you were not only showing up on time but showing up prepared; showing up with an agenda and ready to move the needle forward. Showing up with the tools to do your f*cking job. SHOW THE F*CK UP AND BE ON F*CKING TIME.

It’s simple. It shows everyone that you respect them. It shows everyone you take this f*cking serious. #NEVERLATE. -RB
