If you show this workout to someone and ask what they think..... they will say it is overtraining. All I can say to that is.... Dana does not believe in overtraining. I watch her do this workout or a version of this every week. ( and her over trained shoulders look just fine)
Also another note, it sails failure a lot in this workout.... Do not cheat yourself out of true failure.

The shoulder workout they did was fairly easy, but tons of sets. Below is the full break down
