The day after Olympia, most competitors follow the same routine. Photoshoots, cheat meals and laying by the pool; all of that is fun, but I wanted to do what I love most...TRAIN. We decided to reach out and set up a workout with one of the kings of "overtraining", Mike Rashid. We share very similar principles when it comes to our routines and training so we knew this wouldn't be your average post Olympia training session.
