Length
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the thermal to end on your body.
- This will give you the total length of the garment as per your preference.
Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Keep the measuring tape horizontal and ensure it's not too tight.
- The chest measurements in the chart are specific widths in inches (e.g., 18 inches for XS).
Sleeve Length
- Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist.
- Alternatively, you can measure from the base of your neck, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist for a more comprehensive sleeve length.
- The sleeve length measurements in the chart are specific lengths in inches (e.g., 27 inches for XS).
Make sure each measurement is comfortable for you, especially since thermals are typically worn close to the body. These measurements refer to the garment's dimensions, so select a size that allows for comfortable movement and layering.
