Waist

• Measure around your natural waistline. This is typically the narrowest part of your torso, located above the belly button and below the rib cage.
• Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it's snug but not too tight.
• The waist measurements provided in the chart are ranges (e.g., 26-27 inches for XS). Choose the size that corresponds to your waist measurement.

Inseam

• The inseam measurement is the length of the joggers from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
• Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch down to where you want the joggers to end.
• The inseam measurements are provided in the chart (e.g., 27.5 inches for XS).

When selecting a size, ensure that both the waist and inseam measurements are comfortable for you and that the inseam length meets your preference for how long you want the joggers to be. The waist sizes are given in ranges, so select the range that best fits your waist measurement. Also, consider the inseam length for the overall fit and style you are looking for.
