Waist

• Measure around your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of your torso located above the belly button and below the rib cage.
• Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it's snug but not too tight.
• The waist measurements in the chart are specific sizes in inches (e.g., 20.5 inches for XS).

Hip

• Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
• Keep the tape measure horizontal around your hips.
• The hip measurements in the chart are also specific sizes in inches (e.g., 26 inches for XS).

Inseam

• The inseam measurement is the length of the leggings from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
• Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch down to where you want the leggings to end.
• The inseam measurements are provided in the chart (e.g., 25.5 inches for XS).

When selecting a size, make sure that the waist and hip measurements are comfortable for you and that the inseam length meets your preference for how long you want the leggings to be. Leggings should fit snugly but not be too tight. Consider the measurements provided in the chart and select the size that best fits your measurements.
