Chest

• Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
• Keep the tape measure under the arms and around the shoulder blades.
• Ensure the tape is level all the way around.

Arm

• This measurement is typically known as the sleeve length.
• Bend the elbow slightly.
• Start at the center back of the neck, measure across the shoulder, down to the elbow, and then down to the wrist.

Body Length

• Have the person stand straight.
• Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the desired length at the hip.
  
  

These measurements will help you determine the appropriate size from the chart. Remember to measure in inches and ensure that the tape measure is snug but not too tight.
