Body Length:

• Have the person stand straight.
• Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the desired length.

Shoulder Length:

• Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other, at the widest point.

Sleeve Length:

• Bend the elbow slightly.
• Start at the center back of the neck, measure across the shoulder, down to the elbow, and then down to the wrist.

Chest Length:

• Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
• Keep the tape measure under the arms and around the shoulder blades.

Ensure the tape measure is snug but not too tight, and take measurements in inches. Using these guidelines will help you match the measurements with the appropriate size on the chart.
