Body Length from HPS

• Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) down to where the hem of the garment will fall on the body.
• This is a straight vertical measurement.

Chest Width 1” Below Armhole

• Measure across the chest, 1 inch below the armhole.
• Start and end the measurement at the point where the sleeve joins the body of the garment.
• Ensure the tape measure is level and covers the fullest part of the chest.

Sleeve Length from Shoulder Hem

• Measure from the top of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam would normally lie) down to the end of the sleeve.
• Ensure the person's arm is relaxed and slightly bent for a natural measurement.
