Waist

• Measure around your natural waistline. This is typically the narrowest part of your torso, located above the belly button and below the rib cage.
• Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it's snug but not too tight.
• The waist measurements provided in the chart are ranges (e.g., 26-27 inches for XS). Choose the size that corresponds to your waist measurement.

Inseam

• The inseam measurement is the length of the joggers from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
• Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch down to where you want the joggers to end.
• The inseam measurements are provided in the chart (e.g., 27.5 inches for XS).

When selecting a size, ensure that both the waist and inseam measurements are comfortable for you and that the inseam length meets your preference for how long you want the joggers to be.
